I have been using 3Dsimed without a problem since purchasing an activation code in October 2010. Tonight, when I try to open 3Dsimed I am prompted to enter the activation code, I input the code I was given in October and it is rejected, a message saying "Activation Error (2)" appears.

Please can someone tell me what is going on? Do I need to request a new activation code?

Just request a new activation code that's all i did, had the new code the next day. I don't know why this is happening either.

The problem is that many of you have spam guards which stop emails getting to you.

You should very rarely have to wait more than 12 hours. If there is a problem please feel free to PM me and I will sort out your activation code.

Cheers!

Just request another activation code and your problems should be solved.

Hey Dave. It sucks but you responded to a spammer. I'll point Jan at these posts.

They are clever, I'll give them that.

Just request a new code. For some reason this does happen to some users every so often and a new code is required, I don't think anything else will sort this out.

Cheers!
