The FBX Export Plugin has been updated to improve support for KsEditor, the Assetto Corsa Editor. There is now the option to create an .INI file (known in the editor as a persistence file) which will set many more of the material and object attributes than previously. Hopefully, this should save a lot of time when creating a new Assetto Corsa track.

is there any way to setup 'dummies' in 3dsimed, i have been trying since july 3rd to get my car into AC (yes, a week) and i'm still having no luck, i follow the 3d max/AC Editor tutorials and i always end up with 'something' going wrong,

textures cross over to the wrong parts
wheels dont rotate

and a myriad of other issues that just keep cropping up. but when i open my files up in 3dsimed v3.0x and then export my FBX file, i open that up in the AC editor, i can set my textures and shaders, do all the things i need to do, then when i save the kn5 file.........put it in game..........the result is fabulous, as can be seen from the attached pic. BUT the wheels dont rotate because the dummies cant be setup in 3dsimed........that i know.

maybe im doing something wrong along the way, but there is so much conflicting info out there, kunos says you need this this and this and you must do this to get this to work, yet you pull some of the cars apart that others have done and there is none of the 'requirements' that kunos says you MUST have.

i am at my wits end trying to get this car into AC....................its turning out to be an absolute nightmare

and what the way to set collision on. I try like this

open fbx file and edited the objects I want for collion target
exported the fbx with ini file to created.
closed simed
restarted simed and fbx loaded
objects still have collison target = false

no visible dash until lights switched on
