Dave,
i have finally upgraded to windows 10.
Simed works ok, but i have a mouse problem.

when using the arrow boxes to scale, rotate etc i was able to use the scroll wheel on the mouse previously, now i have to click continually.(scroll wheel now only zooms in/out)
Also in the Edit panel, for instance the Object Instance Edit, after clicking on arrow buttons the panel moves up or down 1 position each time i click, in the position, instance, rotation etc sections.
This leaves the cursor in the wrong section for your next click ?

Hard to explain but very frustrating. i am using a logitech m705 mouse.
Is there a setting i am missing in the simed settings ?

I think this is either a Windows setting or a mouse driver setting because the wheel works for me with 3DSimED & Windows 10.

Cheers!

Dave,
what type of mouse are you using as i have tried with logitech m705, cyborg RAT, logi trackball and a couple of old microsoft mice.I have installed the latest software for each ( and removed them)
I had no problem in win 7 with the m705 ?
i have been through the win10 mouse settings and so far no luck.

I've just tried it on a MS Surface with a cheap usb mouse and that works so I don't think it needs special hardware or drivers.

Cheers

This sounds like same problem as I mentioned here. If there is a fix, I'd like to know also.

gazzari,
yes your description and screen shots are exactly like my problem.I have changed so many things to try to correct this but to no avail. The program is now becoming increasingly frustrating to work with
also the loss of the scroll wheel to increase a setting or position is particulary maddening.

Version 3.1e is up and should fix any problems with using the mouse wheel in the edit boxes of the grids.

Cheers!

Yes, mouse is now working well. Tested on a track where I actually need to move a lot of stuff!
New Hampshire...a track originally built for Stock Car Evolution, but never released.
