 Post subject: Sprint Car mod problems?

Hey guys,

I don't know if this is a question for the other boards but here goes. I am having minor problems with loading a good number of our 3rd party tracks in the Spint Car mod. The only one that works is Altoona Dirt. Then I am limited to the game made tracks and to tell you, running 30 Sprint Cars at CocaCola Superspeedway gets mighty boring after say 167 laps. (just joking) What do I need to do to make NR2003 more Sprint Car friendly? All I get are "could not load track" type messages.

There .sim that you should have gotten with the OWSC mod. one should say "shorttrack.pta.sim" copy and paste that into whatever short track folder(any 3rd party track) you want and re-name it owsc.pta.sim

Hey,
Is it possible to take off the wings from the spring cars and run them that way? I have seen this on TV. Or would that be an entirely different mod all together?

I saw something and it gave me an idea. I trike mod, three wheelers. I was visiting a Christian school nearby and there were these Christian Bikers showing off their stuff. One guy built a reverse trike; a vehicle with two front wheels, rack and pinion steering, and a roof/body, fully inclosed with windows that open like the VW beetle air inlets and all. The door was in the roof(looks like the cup escape hatch).

Anyway, I know thats a lot of technical stuff and babbling (which I'm good at). But my question is, is it possible to make a 3 wheeled mod for NR2003 an any form whatsoever. I was thinking that with 4 makes we could have an opentop trike, a closed top trike, a closed top reverse trike (like the Christian Biker's), and either an open reverse trike or a 4wheeler.

So me that would sound great for short tracks, dirt tracks, and stunt tracks. Has anyone tried Sears Point Dirt? That would be a good one.

The guy who built the R.Trike says it goes pretty fast for top speed 100mph+ and gets great fuel milage.

Any thoughts people?

Hey guys,

I was wondering if anyone had tried to make a set of short tracks from the 1.5 mile tracks like Lowes, Atlanta, and Texas. You know that each of them have that shortie track in the front infield area. The Bandalero serieses race there all the time. And on that note is there any Bandalero mod or similar ideas planned?
