I am using a 3 Groove Daytona 2011. The racing is pretty fun, but however, when it comes to pitting, it all goes to heck.

The Pit Speed Limit is 55. They do slow down to 55, but as soon as they get there, they take off again. They'll be going down Pitroad at about 150MPH and they get near their stalls, they slow down and stop in their stalls. Whenever they take off again, they dont even try staying under pitspeed, they just get out of their stalls, and go down pitroad at 150+

Only Adjustments I've made in the track.ini

Turned Restrictor Plates Off
Turned Grip Up, for all 3 Grooves
Turned Braking Up so they slow faster.

Any help with this would be highly appreciated.

Open up the track PTF file and take a look at the surface types.

The top one should give you a material like asphalt or concrete, and the bottom one should be at pit road from where the grass is until the pit box border going down pit road. Most likely, it says apron, apron near pits, or racing surface. If it says anything other than pit road, the AI will just blast through it, only slowing down to pit speed just before where the INI file says that pit road starts, then taking off. This is a problem that usually is only seen on addon tracks as the track developer may forget to change the surface type from apron.

Use 3D SimEd to unpack the DAT file (if present).
