This is how to add a custom showroom that will appear in your mod, without affecting the default files.

You will need to create a new Vehicles file for your mod. For example, I have called mine 2CV_VEHICLES.

So the directory structure for this mod is:

rFactor\GameData\Vehicles\2CV_VEHICLES\2CV

Now you will need to assign this new vehicles directory in your rfm file.

("OSCFile=2cvUI.OSC" refers to the custom user interface file that I am also making, and is not required for the custom showroom.)

You will also need to copy the other files from the vehicles folder into your new "*_vehicles" folder, because the game will not look in the regular "Vehicles" directory for them now.:

default.cam
damage.ini
HeadPhysics.ini
cmaps.mas
Multicar.mas
rFHUD.mas
showroom.mas
MultiplayerVehicle.scn
Vview.scn
default.sfx

A couple of these files may not be necessary, such as doublewishbone.pm or default.cam, but most of them are necessary. So this is the perfect opportunity to customize all those files to fit your mod, as well. As long as you are customizing the showroom, you might want a custom temp car and HUD, anyway.
