That should been fixed few versions ago but still no luck...

And now I have another one, I can't get the mesh to center where I click on it. It was usually only do that if I position cursor above a point and then cursor will turn to cross, now there's no cross no matter what I do...

I can enter 'U' character into Material names with no problem.

I get the cross cursor on all the drawings I have tried, you could try different mouse options under Display->DirectX 9 Options.

Thanks for a reply.

I still can't enter capital U. When I try to enter it by pressing shift + U material panel closes. Few months ago someone else reported same problem and you said that it was because Shift+U is set to start an action and that you will change that in next version of SimED but it is still the same...

Cursor problem is fixed as you suggested...

Strange...i had the same issue in one of the previous versions. TBH cant remember wich one that was. But it seems to be fixed now. Had you ever done a look into the Keyboard shortcuts Customize window?

Yes I did and I can't find a way to remove that shortcut or change it to something else

The Windows settings for 3DSimED3 are all in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\SimGarage\3DSimED3\Workspace, I've deleted the whole Workspace key in the past without ill effects (but I can't guarantee...)

Cheers

Thank you very much, it really helped, I really thought that I faced an unsolvable question, but the forum as always is the best 192.168.O.1
