I have seen tracks that have working gap jumps/crossovers, but I must not be doing things right. Because on my Los Angeles and Texas RallyCross tracks, I always get a result like this:

I have opened all crossover sections on the right and left. When I go under the jump, I can drive fine. It's just when I take the jump is when all heck breaks loose. Here is the Los Angeles and Texas overhead views of the jumps in Sandbox:

It looks to me as if you hit an invisible wall.
Could you copy the trk and then edit the copy, so you just have the jump and the straights leading to and from it.
And then see what happens?

Or you might have to split the right curved section in half, so that you have 2-3 pieces instead of that 1 big?
Split that 80?degree to 2x40's or 3x25ish degrees

I haven't touched Sandbox in years...

I made walls for the underpass portion of Milano. They were short enough to not interfere with the crossover, and they were not marked as catch fences. The overpass crossover worked fine. You could try that.

For Texas I don't know whats wrong. XGames I think its the jump, because there isn't 2 sections that actually cross over.
